| 1. Do I have to be home when the ELF comes? Most of our clients are not. For security, only the ELF who cleans your home has access to the keys. If you choose not to provide a key, a Lock out charge of $25 will be incurred if we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning.
2. Do I have to do anything before the cleaning? In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up clothing, toys and other household items.
3. At what time will the ELF Home Services team be at my home? Our normal work days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. While in some cases it is not possible to give a specific time to be at your home, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

5. Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment? For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by ELF Home Services.
6. Am I potentially liable for worker's compensation insurance or taxes? ELF Home Services pays State Labor & Industry and Employment Security Taxes, as well as Federal Taxes for each of it's employees
7. What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned? We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should damage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will let you know immediately and make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced . Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.
