8. What is the minimum number of hours charged? We have a 2-hour minimum charge.
9. What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning? Just give us a call 48 hours in advance! We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
10. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday? If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will do our best to reschedule your service (based upon ELF availability). ELF holidays are Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas, & New Year's (in the event that Christmas & New Year's fall on a weekend, the prior Friday or following Monday will be designated the holiday)
11. What is your Cancellation Policy? A $25.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged without a prior 24 hour Notice.

12. How will our relationship work? We know we must earn your continued patronage on each visit. We depend on open communications and your candid evaluation of our service. The HeadELF will contact you after your first cleaning visit and then periodically to ensure that ELF Home Services is meeting your home cleaning expectations.
